Concept

We work closely with you to establish a brief; understanding your needs as a family and your aspirations for the aesthetic, timeline and overall project budget. We look at the architectural layout first, creating intelligent movement through the home, establishing connection between the spaces and enhancing light and privacy to suit you. We then use precedents in mood images and material boards to establish an agreed direction; you understand the general intention for the aesthetic before we develop photorealistic 3D renders.

Material Selection

We select all products and materials for the entire project, working with trusted suppliers in the region and abroad to source a suite of high quality materials that elevate your property and fit within your budget.

Renders

We produce Photorealistic 3D visuals of the key spaces; we believe in removing the guess work and making life easy. This allows us to show you the spaces and workshop the design together.

Technical Construction Documentation

Fundamental to our design process is the production of high quality technical information that ensures the design is implemented perfectly on site. Through detailed drawings we develop every detail and coordinate all structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and the finishes to avoid clashes and create a seamless construction journey and accurate documentation for pricing and approvals.

Site
Support

Our service includes client representation, design guardianship and support for the contractor during the build phase. We review all manufacturer drawings, samples and mock ups as well as providing on site details and sketches to maintain the original vision and lead good decision making.
