For this Arabian Ranches villa renovation, the client wanted to modernize their home while preserving its Mediterranean charm. We revamped both the exterior and interior, creating a cohesive design that blends luxury with comfort. Outside, we introduced a turquoise-tiled pool with a cascading waterfall and enhanced privacy with new landscaping. The clean white façade with black accents brought a fresh, modern touch. Inside, the open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living and kitchen areas, featuring sleek black cabinetry, marble countertops, and warm natural materials. Large arched windows were key to maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors, flooding the space with natural light and softening the overall aesthetic.
