Soul Road was commissioned to design a state-of-the-art office space for a leading organization in the Aerospace industry. The goal was to create a dynamic work environment that balances productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.

The workspace was thoughtfully designed to promote efficiency and comfort, featuring open-plan desks with ergonomic furniture that caters to the needs of modern professionals. Natural light floods the work areas, creating an inviting atmosphere conducive to focus and creativity. The layout allows for easy communication among team members while maintaining a sense of personal space. Core to the design is the outlook onto the warehouse; creating a focus on the great work that the company is doing and allowing for connection between front of house and back of house functions.

In addition to the primary working areas, we designed multiple meeting spaces equipped with the latest technology. These include large conference rooms for formal discussions and smaller, more intimate meeting rooms for brainstorming sessions or one-on-one conversations. Each meeting space is designed to foster collaboration and connectivity, with comfortable seating and soundproofing to maintain privacy.

Understanding the importance of a well-rounded work environment, we also incorporated a fully-equipped co-working pantry where employees can relax, recharge and work from a different environment. The pantry features modern appliances, ample seating, and a warm, welcoming design that encourages informal interactions and breaks. To further support employee wellness, a gym was integrated into the office, offering a convenient space for exercise and relaxation.
